If you have feelings about what is happening in our country, come together instead of falling apart!

    Saturday March 4th, 1:15 to 4pm

Free Motion – The Movement Center 2126 Pearl St, Boulder, Colorado 80302

Providing a venue for you to not check out, but rather check in and plug in.

    Cost: free (donations welcome)

    This event is wheelchair accessible.**

Please do RSVP!  Please spread the word!

We will continue the movement from our first event on Inauguration Day. Move your response to events of the last several weeks in a safe environment. Connect to resource with internally-focused movement. Plug in with others who are waking up and taking action.

Movement for the Movement is offered by Jenny Epstein Kessem, Rachael Skolnick Bonaiuto and Lindsay Sworski. Our intent is to offer movement practices as a resource to those wanting to contribute to social change. The idea is based on our own experience of needing internal resources to be most effective in contributing to external change. Although these two responses (going internal/going external) can feel diametrically opposed, we believe that they are in fact equally necessary and in many ways part of the same thing.

**Needed: a wheelchair ramp for a 5 inch rise will make this event wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if you can provide one.
